Ascolana Olives are large sized olives that weigh up to 8 to 10 grams. Its fruits are of pale green color with white flesh used both as table fruit and oil extraction procedure. Ascolana Fruits starts to bloom in May and ripened by the month of December.

Required Soil Quality:

Ascolana Olives grow in all types of soil but perform well in drained soils. For optimal growth and productivity, maintain the soil pH between 6.0 and 8.0, with slightly alkaline conditions being most favorable.

Required Density:
